               Alliance Development Group Ltd. will take the lead in overseeing all aspects of development of several different significant lifestyle communities planned for construction across select Bahamian island locations. As the property owners await the Bahamian Prime Minister's final pre-development approval, the Project team continues to make preparations to commence the development permitting process. The initial project selected for development is approximately 1800 acres which is located on the southwesterly tip of Eleuthera Island.  This project has been designated as "Mont Claire", which has been conceptually designed incorporating a balanced blend of Monte Carlo, Old World European and Modern architectural design elements and features.

               The members of Alliance's Advisory Board and Management Team collectively have more than 125 years of experience of successfully designing, building and managing all types of high-quality development projects across the globe.  And with project consulting from hospitality industry experts, such as Advisory Board Member Mr. Horst Schulze (the original Co-Founder / CEO of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Group), not only will the Mont Claire community be an all-encompassing lifestyle community, it will be a global destination point known for its unsurpassed style and luxury.

  •  September 2021 - Owners / Directors select Consolidated Resources International as lead consulting Project Developer

  •  December 2021 -  Formal Project Summary booklet presented to Prime Minister for his review, per his request

  •  April 2022 -           Begin negotiations for World Trade Center license for trade center facilities slated for Mont Claire; represents

                                               networking with 60+ countries across the globe

  •  July 2022 -            Development Team completes 8 months of extensive Pre-Development conceptual design work; incorporates                                       conceptual  renderings, land use design and development details into Project website

  

  •  August 2022 -        Business model developed for Financial District facilities; incorporating private banking, insurance under-

                                                writing, vault facility for commodity and asset of value storage and management

  •  September 2022 - Initial negotiations completed and Letters of Intent issued from first (4) technology companies selected as                                           strategic power generation and utility service providers

  •  November 2022 -  Owners / Directors sources 60  acre commercial site on New Providence Island as location for Corporate                                             Campus site.  This site to act as Corporate Office, Housing, Business Development and Marketing center in                                       advance of pre-development work commencing on the Eleuthera Island "Mont Claire" site

   

  • March 2023 -          Initial conceptual site plan completed for 60 acre Corporate Campus site

  • May 2023 -             Development Team negotiates to commit  commodity-based assets to help underpin overall large-scale                                               project funding transactions

                                                                                                                         

  • June 2023 -            Two significant project funding contracts negotiated & duly executed; anticipated closings during 3rd Qtr 2023

  • July 2023 -             Honorary Consul Cedric Scott's firm selected to act as key liaison with Bahamian government
